OSIG Conference 2023 | London, UK
The SUTs Offshore Site Investigation and Geotechnics (OSIG) committee is pleased to announce that its 9th international conference, Innovative Geotechnologies for Energy Transition, will take place from 12-14 September 2023 at Imperial College in South Kensington, London. This conference continues the aims of this established series of disseminating and communicating the latest developments in all aspects of marine geotechnology.
IS-PORTO 2023 | Porto, Portugal
This symposium will focus on the understanding of the deformation properties of geomaterials before failure, especially on the small-strain stiffness parameters as fundamental characteristics of geomaterials, and their implications in geotechnical design. Key themes include experimental investigations from very small strains to beyond failure; behaviour, characterization and modelling of various geomaterials and interfacess; and practical prediction and interpretation of ground response: field observation and case histories.
ICGE 2023: International Conference on Geotechnical Engineering | Abstracts

Abstracts should not exceed 300 words. Your abstract will be reviewed by the conference editor and you will be notified whether it has been accepted or not accepted.
Your draft paper must be submitted using the ACG paper template.
You will be required to forward your PowerPoint presentation to the ACG. If you have video or audio, please advise the ACG. Presentations must be submitted in PowerPoint format. No other formats, including PDF, are accepted.
To deliver your presentation, the ACG requires that you sign and submit a presentation agreement. This must be signed by the person presenting at the conference. This document will be sent to you at a later date.
Your paper will undergo a single-blind peer review process. You are required to address feedback and make the changes. If you do not make the changes, please provide an explanation. Your final paper must be submitted together with your speaker registration, signed publication agreement, signed presentation agreement, and speaker bio notes.

If authors have not received an email about their abstract, they can check the status on the ISSMGE website using the abstract ID number. If abstract shows as accepted, authors should proceed to prepare their paper by downloading the Word template and paper formatting instructions from the links below. Any issues with downloading the paper template should be reported to: numge2023@imperial.ac.uk
All submissions will be peer reviewed.
Authors will be notified of paper acceptance or rejection, together with any required revision, by 31 March 2023.
At least one author from each accepted final paper must register for the conference, for that paper to be presented at the conference and included in the Conference Proceedings. One registration can be associated with a maximum of two papers. Details of registration fees can be found on the Registration page.
All papers must be prepared using the NUMGE 2023 MS Word Template which can be downloaded from this page.
Authors should follow the formatting instructions and not exceed 6 pages in total lenght. Manuscripts which do not meet the formatting or page length requirements will be rejected outright.
For submission, the paper should be distinguished with its ID number, which is provided on abstract submission, and the surname of the first author, as given in the example: numge2023-554_smith
Both a Word and a PDF copy of the paper should be submitted.

WMC 2023 | Abstracts
Full paper manuscript submission is mandatory for those with a provisionally accepted oral abstract. Full paper manuscript submission is optional for those with an accepted poster abstract.

Full paper manuscripts must follow the guidelines included in the template document
Authors with a provisionally accepted oral presentation, are mandatorily required to submit a full paper. Acceptance of an abstract does not constitute automatic inclusion in the publication volume, congress proceedings, nor for an oral presentation as nominated by the author.
Authors with an accepted poster presentation, have the option of submitting a full paper, however it is not mandatory. The minimum requirement for a poster paper is the creation and display of a printed poster at the Congress Venue.
NROCK 2023 | Abstracts
All participants are invited to submit an abstract for a poster or an oral presentation. Abstract shall be in english of approx 300 words, with a title, author's name, affiliations and e-mailing address. The proceedings will be published in a digital format only and will be in free and open access. A template is provided for the manuscript. The papers format will be a single column, main text 10 pt Arial, maximum length of a full paper is 10 pages and max 10 Mb. Authors will receive a confirmation mail and another mail after abstracts review and acceptance.
Paper submissions must be an electronic copy of a Microsoft Word Document as well as pdf version made in Word. The maximum file size of the uploaded document is approx 10 Mb or 10 pages.
The template for papers are now available and full paper for reviewing shall be submitted latest 31st of January.
Submission of final paper is Fri 31 March, 2023.
9ICEG 2023 | Abstracts
Authors of accepted abstracts are invited to use the paper template to start preparing their manuscripts. Papers can be submitted only through the electronic submission portal of ISSMGE.
Late Breaking Abstracts (LBAs) are meant to describe latest advances in any of the conference scientific topics that have not been published elsewhere. The LBAs can only be presented in the form of a poster. Recommended length: 2 pages. Authors may use the 9ICEG Template for preparing their LBA.
Selected papers that have been submitted to the conference will be invited for submission to two prestigious journals of the International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
