Date: Sat 15 July, 2022 - Fri 31 March, 2023
Call for abstracts is now closed.
If authors have not received an email about their abstract, they can check the status on the ISSMGE website using the abstract ID number. If abstract shows as accepted, authors should proceed to prepare their paper by downloading the Word template and paper formatting instructions from the links below. Any issues with downloading the paper template should be reported to: numge2023@imperial.ac.uk
All submissions will be peer reviewed.
Authors will be notified of paper acceptance or rejection, together with any required revision, by 31 March 2023.
At least one author from each accepted final paper must register for the conference, for that paper to be presented at the conference and included in the Conference Proceedings. One registration can be associated with a maximum of two papers. Details of registration fees can be found on the Registration page.
All papers must be prepared using the NUMGE 2023 MS Word Template which can be downloaded from this page.
Authors should follow the formatting instructions and not exceed 6 pages in total lenght. Manuscripts which do not meet the formatting or page length requirements will be rejected outright.
For submission, the paper should be distinguished with its ID number, which is provided on abstract submission, and the surname of the first author, as given in the example: numge2023-554_smith
Both a Word and a PDF copy of the paper should be submitted.
